Hi!
Who is Emelia you may ask? Well, that is the same question I used to ask myself too.. Growing up, I never felt that I fitted in; I didn’t really know what I was good at, even when people saw it, I did not always see or believe it. This is what insecurity does to a person. But I did not allow this to stop me from getting out of that mindset. Believe it or not, despite the negative mindset I believed and still believe that every person is special, every person is born with a talent, a gift. This gift and talent, if developed, can impact your own life and the lives of those around you.

After successfully completing my degree in business and management and setting up a business I realised that I actually had valuable advice to give to others. This motivated me to research and gain knowledge about what personal leadership is.​​

During this search, I entered into a few programs of coaching and mentoring which helped me know more and understand more about personal leadership.
At that moment it became clear to me; My strength lies in helping people in the area of personal development. In this area I mainly focus on personal leadership; Helping people to know who they are and what they can do and stand out with this knowledge! ​

Through weekly church meetings and events, I connected with other young people. This gave me the opportunity to share my story and how I overcame my insecurities and doubts. This experience was life changing! I then started my journey as a mentor. Along the path, I discovered the passion that I felt when working, interacting and helping individuals to pave a way to a greater future and it all started to come together!

What Came Next?
​
I took some time off and went on a sabbatical for a year, I moved to the UK. There, through a local church, I met a group of young people who needed help. I spent the rest of the year coaching and mentoring these young individuals and the impact was just awesome, I saw them transform into strong, bold, confident individuals who realised that they could be and achieve so much more than what they had been limiting themselves to! The transformation was beautiful! Since then, I have moved back to the Netherlands and have been continuing my journey to empower both young adults and adults in personal leadership.​

Where there's a will there is a way. I see possibilities instead of impossibilities. This means that it is important to enter into a conversation with the customer without any form of judgment.

I am myself; which means I am honest and transparent. I will advise a client on what would be the best way to go. With this being said I do like you to know that I am ready to get to work and make something beautiful out of every training and coaching session!

I am skilled and know exactly which steps/actions to take when it comes to coaching, training and personal development, I do this on the basis of blended advice. (Online & Face2face)
Tailored
I focus on what the customer needs. I tailor coaching. This means that I know when to apply what i think is best at the moment to achieve results.
